Terms and Conditions Use of the cuci2 Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the cuci2 website accessible via cuci2.run and all associated subdomains, including the official mobile app.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the cuci2 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a user on the cuci2 platform, including their balance, transaction records, and game history.
• "Balance" — refers to the total credits available in a user's account at any given time, including actual deposits and bonus credits (if any).
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, cashback, free spins, or other incentives granted by cuci2 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires users to submit valid identification documents for identity verification purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum wagering amount a user must complete before any winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the cuci2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. cuci2 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and suspend your account if a violation is found.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. cuci2 does not permit use of the platform by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Being a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia and using the platform for personal use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the cuci2 platform for terms violations.
• Registering under your own name only and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the cuci2 platform only. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as per your ID, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and withdrawal rejection.

• Your username and password are your sole responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether performed by you or by another party with your knowledge.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, or a valid driving licence.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The cuci2 platform supports a range of secure and verified payment methods including FPX, Instant Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major Malaysian local banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and belong to themselves. cuci2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes once KYC verification is complete and wagering requirements (if any) have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing, subject to reasonable time limits.
• Any processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Cuci2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated on the Promotions page.

• The standard wagering requirement ranges from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type. Specific conditions are stated on each promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes within the cuci2 platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash.
• Users who register multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will be banned from all future promotional offers.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where there is a conflict between an advertised promotion and these terms, the specific terms of that promotion shall apply.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of their validity period with no compensation provided.

6Game Rules

All games available on the cuci2 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fully random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including cuci2 itself.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical fault verifiable by the cuci2 team.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, cuci2 will reinstate affected bets based on valid system records.
• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Cuci2 reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving system abuse or player collusion to manipulate outcomes.

7Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the cuci2 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one account with the intent of obtaining bonuses or unfair advantages.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct any form of money laundering through the cuci2 platform.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing any third party to use your account for any purpose.
• Using hacking software, technical exploits, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or dishonestly damaging the reputation of cuci2 on any platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false information during KYC or the verification process.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Cuci2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a terms violation, suspicious activity, or a request from a legitimate authority.

• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cuci2 support team. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.
• Accounts suspended due to terms violations may be ineligible for balance withdrawal, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee until the balance reaches zero.
• Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or money laundering will be permanently banned from re-registering.

9Limitation of Liability

Cuci2 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. cuci2 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or external factors beyond our control.

• Cuci2 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, except where caused by cuci2's own gross negligence.
• The maximum total liability of cuci2 to any user shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Cuci2 is not liable for unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Cuci2 is committed to protecting the personal information of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with strict access controls.
• Cuci2 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

11Terms Amendment

Cuci2 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless a different effective date is specified.

• Notifications regarding material amendments will be sent to members via their registered email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your valid balance before the amendment's effective date.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the cuci2 platform or the use of our services shall first be resolved through goodwill negotiation before further action is taken.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules in Malaysia.
• The language used in all arbitration proceedings shall be Bahasa Malaysia or English, as mutually agreed upon.
• Any part of these terms found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
